\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOver the course of his career, Michel has successively held the positions of team leader, supervisor, production manager, general manager and vice-president. He has encountered and managed the challenges and frustrations associated with these different hierarchical levels. He is therefore able to save your leaders several years of mistakes inherent to learning on the job. Happily married for 35 years to his high-school sweetheart and the proud father of two wonderful young women who have given him four grandchildren, Michel is a family man at heart. “I cook now (thanks to my brother \u00c9ric),” says Michel playfully. “I\u2019m an avid hockey player, which keeps me in shape. And in the summer, you\u2019ll see me out on the links with my favourite golf partner since the tender age of 14: my dad. Life has been very kind to me and I could not be more grateful.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
